Booking with Expedia.
Expedia also not helping.
I needed to book other hotel at night.
I am now fighting to refund. Please help me if you had same experience before at here. Its terrible.

Person answering phone calls not on site and does not know how to give directions

No way to turn heating on in room

Room has no mirror
No lamp
No coffee or tea
