        Rude service at the lobby bar/restaurant. The waiter left us seated for 5 minutes staring at menus and cleaned up tables around us then when we went to place our order he said the kitchen closed 3 minutes ago. Literally 3 minutes. I said we have been seated before the kitchen cut off and he did not want to care at all. They took other orders right before the kitchen closed but refused to treat us with the same respect. After 14 hours of flights to get here they refused to serve us any food. He was rude about it and did not care to help in any way. Wasted our time, I am truly disappointed in this place. We walked next door to the Hilton and got absolutely amazing service. I regret booking the holiday inn and will not be booking here ever again.

        I had to queue for 30 minutes to check in after I been on a 12 hour flight at 11.o clock at night Rooms: Room was very clean and very welcoming
