Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 hotel

They lied when I made my booking. Before I booked I called and spoke to a "reservations line" who said they could answer questions about all Heathrow locations. I asked if the terminal 5 location had a shuttle, they told me that there was a shuttle that left every hour on the :23. Which I thought was a weird time. She responded with, yes, the time of the shuttle changes every month but this month it's every :23 past the hour. I said weird, but ok that's perfect, so I went ahead and made my booking. Only to find out in the morning that they don't operate a shuttle and that I would have to take the local bus and it didn't leave until 6:55. Which is too late for me. I would have made other arrangements or stayed somewhere else had I had this information. I don't know where the "reservations agent" got her info but if you stay here check the local bus times before you book to make sure they work for you.
