When my flight landed with our two cats on board I watched at the gate out of curiosity about the whole process. Well, HARC staff had a van ready and someone was at the belt to get the crates the very moment they came down the belt. The staff at the facility are very professional and clearly love animals very much, and adapt to the needs and temperament of each and every animal that comes through. We only waited a few minutes once we received the phone call from our broker (JCS) and the staff even helped us to the car with the crates. Thank you !

Staff at HARC are caring, kind and professional. They went out of their way to clear our pet, Jake who was held at HARC for a few days after landing at Heathrow due to a documentation error in export country. They looked after our Pet more than we do and they even spent times with him playing while he was at HARC. Whole team came out to say goodbye to Jake, the day we got him released. Especially, I would like to thank Will Hall who helped us throughout the process and giving us the chance to clear our dog. Please refer the pictures of Jake while he was at HARC.

Admin staff were offhand, unhelpful, almost rude, difficult to talk to , incredibly slow and turned this experience into a nightmare. If you have any choice, go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.Staff wanted to take our Vari kennels which we have already paid for them ourselves and were our property. Say no more....
