        An extremely rude manager said 'I'm sorry we don't have Laurent Perrier @ 65 quid but if you want Champagne, you'll need to pay 95 quid for the next expensive champagne ' Firstly, running out of wines is not necessarily normal but the way it's put across to the guest is what matters. For a French brand, they don't even have a decent selection of cheese and the food at its best is mediocre! Being the only landslide restaurant in Terminal 4, one would expect a better service and better selection of food!

        The waiters was not welcoming, the tables is not clean at all. They do not respect customers and what they prefer to set. The staff need more training, especially it is in the airport. It deserver less than a star
