This cargo is a theif. They told me i can collect my items after making a payment with proflex for the imports and confirmed customs have cleared the items. They clearly stated an address and confirmation that the items are clear and ready foe collection. We go there and they tell us customs have not released this. They said they tried to contact us via phone email and letter but was unable to show any proof. Even all details were confirmed correctly. Until i physically didnt drive 1 hour and a half there and asked the poorly attitude mens working there why it held and said we cant say and dont know. Only when I called proflex they said we need specific documents from the airline created and sent to them to clear the checks. After all that hassle, we now paid a huge sum for the imports travelled up there again after full confirmation and said they cannot release the items. I recommend highly never rely on phone confirmation and have an email copy of every word.
