Menu has poor choices, not enough selection for gluten free, very expensive but more choices than the other restaurant. Food came out cold. If I had more choices I would not have come here

A mundane experience; one that I don't hope to repeat anytime soon. It was 14.75 for a 'large' breakfast that, in terms of quality and quantity, was well below average compared to what I'd expect for a fraction of that price elsewhere. They upsold us a slice of toast, at 3 for one slice, as one was not included within the 'large' breakfast, and they did not mention that they had ran out of hash browns until the food was served with a few cold chips instead. We waited for 10-15 mins to be served initially but then the waitresses were very pleasant and the breakfast was brought out quickly. No service charge was added to the bill, which we didn't realise at the time. NB. As of 23/04/23, the website menu has not been updated with the correct prices, with the average price being 10-20% higher than listed on there. For example, there had been a 50p increase in the price of hot drinks, a 1 increase on a pint of Peroni and a 1.50 increase on the price of the breakfast. Unlikely to go again.

Breakfast was ok, but the music was irritating loud and terrible! Not quite relaxing to have a breakfast after a long distance night flight. You could hardly talk to each other! It was clear they want customers to cash and go, not a place to enjoy a meal at ease. Too bad! Menu looks nice though and staff was friendly.

The food was nearly inedible and very expensive. 16 pounds for a chicken burger which was overcooked and the bread fell apart instantly. The beef burger looked like a hockey Puck or some kind of defrosted mest. We went there only because my kid for the kids menu.
