        Ordered online for next day delivery, thanks to post office arrived a day late. Not your fault; however, even if it had arrived on time theres no way it would have been delivered cold. PLEASE dont just put in a couple of little ice packets. Packages sit in hot vans, see photos!! The polystyrene box was not packed out so contents rattled around. On top of that it took ages for the return of our money. You didnt want to replace the order as Post Office is so unreliable..so get a reliable service!!! Have a word with Dukeshill food they certainly know how to a package their food and its delivered normally between 7-8 am to far away Gloucestershire !! If youre unable then dont offer delivery and concentrate on your restaurant/shops. As you can imagine were not buying on line from you again. Such a shame because you have great caviar. Ill get it from Harrods next time Im in town
