Hog roast specialist: Cooked & Carved Catering Company

Cooked and Carved recently catered a private event for our wine club members at Albury Vineyard, and they were amazing! The BBQ was cooked to perfection, and the service and presentation was excellent. Our guests were full of compliments! Jack and Paul were a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

We can't thank the team enough for delivering such an amazing bbq for my husband's belated 60th party. Meat was cooked to perfection, with vegan and vegetarian options available. Top-quality produce, well presented and served with a smile. They even collected the rubbish afterwards, and swept our patio on their way out. Will be thinking of our next family event so we can experience the hog roast!

absolutely brilliant company, due to covid we had lots of problems but Jackie and Paul helped resolve all the issues can't thank them enough everyone commented saying the food was excellent, would have no problem in using them again or recommending they really are the most genuine people who work to make your event everything you would want and more .Thank you Jackie & Paul we are very grateful to you both and will see you again

Wow! Where do i start...pheniminal service from start to finish. I chose cooked and carved to cater a hog roast for my wedding party. Really clear, professional and helpful. They visited the venue prior to the event and kept in touch with me about everything. Food on the night was delicious, seconds were offered to all my guests, i didn't have to involve myself at all and was able to enjoy the party whilst they kept everything ticking along in the background. Would not hesitate to recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat, totally worth the cost. Thanks so much!
