One star is too many. I ordered 2 sausage and egg rolls. They forgot the sausage in both. How is that even possible? I get that mistakes happen. So I called them, and they had no idea how to deal with the issue. They asked me to order more and pay for delivery again. The girl hung up on me twice, simply because she just did not know what to do. All I wanted was 2 sausage and egg rolls. Would it have been that hard to send me another? So be careful, because these people are capable of missing 50% of your entire order and wont have a clue how to rectify it. Appalling service. Never again.
