        Loft hatch replacement - Looking to spend money locally, i found Loft Ladders Ltd to be located in West Drayton. I called, spoke to Raymond explaining that i need ladder replaced and the approximate measurement of the existing hatch. He advised for me to select the 399 ladder option and install option on the website and pay online. He would then arrange for someone to come by on the weekend to take more accurate measurements and then have the ladder fitted the following week. Gentleman who came round, measured up and then said he could install its straight away to which i said great. The end product you can see from the pictures. I called Raymond to explain i was expecting a finished product to which he replied that they do not paint and are just carpenters and i should be happy with 399 in London! Pictures on their website of their "end product" would useful for customers in knowing what they are actually paying for. This review is so others are not left with the expectation gap like i have and to factor in a budget for painting after work has been completed.
