I Have been using this car wash for over three years now. The last two times havent been great but after todays clean i wont be using these guys again. Just realised change of ownership and its obvious. My car was the only car there and still the lack of attention to detail was appalling and does not justify the price increase. The guy was willing to rectify once I pointed out but I was in a rush and wasnt willing to wait as car had been there an hour already whilst I was in garden centre. Such a shame as use to be great value for money, lovely staff and the only car wash we use for mine and my daughters car. I wont be returning nor will I be recommending anymore. Probably the worst Car Wash around Heathrow Airport! I get there to be told my car is too dirty! (hence why I'm there!) They want to charge me 2 Extra (8 + 2) to clean it ... so I agree, even though I had thoughts of tipping them 5 in the first place! 45 Mins later ... job done but the car is still dirty! These guys pay NO attention to detail! Terrible Service! I spent another 45 Mins in their car park cleaning it myself! Stay Away from here folks!

I had been using them for both my cars since the last 6 years. They have always done a reasonable job. Its possible the manager has changed but when I went this time they were extremely rude. Then before they could start told me they would charge 12. When I said I had always paid 10/- and had used them for so many years the manager tells me he has never seen me before and I have not used them!! Basically that is what I have decided to do -never use them again. He just lost himself a regular customer with two cars. They are rude and dont realise that there are many other hand car washes in the area. Their loss. Dont tolerate their rudeness.
