I have been a customer here for many years, more so since I started breeding fat tail geckos. I would never buy fish from here as the fish are in poorly kept tanks with shoddy repairs on cracked glass etc, aside from the marine fish. I mostly deal with Rachel in the shop, and she is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about reptiles. She has helped me with many issues I've had and taught me how to advance my breeding buisiness. I recently found out she was off sick, through her manager, who was vile and insensitive to her as a person. Stating she was too fat to do her job, and cited her autism made it harder to fire her among other obscenities . He gave a scathing account of her as a person, not something I find to be true in my professional time knowing her. The statements made were both unprofessional and utterly unacceptable and I personally will not be shopping there again, knowing the lack of support given to staff there and clear discrimination against both women and people suffer g with mental health. Really not appropriate and quite dissapointing to see in this day in age. Further edit:I've been asked to refrain from alerting you to the comments made by your staff about other staff members? But another review you asked for further information for thier visit?! Frankly I don't think that's how you should conduct buisiness. It is totally appalling to see a person vilified due to thier mental health and its something your company should take seriously. Rather than trying to shut me up to save your face.. I gave an honest review of my time in your shop.
