        We tarvelled to India in Covid Time The flight was cancelled. Etihad agreed to refund the tickets to the amount 550 USD and 2500 Miles per Person. It has taken me Three years to get a comfirmation of this. Received Three vouchers for the total amount Could not claim the Vouchers as Etihad staff in England could not activate the account. I have spent at Least 100 hrs on the Phone and numerous amount of E Mails. Last week Etihad staff informs me that the offer expiry date was 31/04.2023 Therefore lost 550 usd and 5000 free miles. What a Terrible service. Please be careful booking with this company as their aftersales service absolutely useless.

        It's not my first time traveling with Etihad. I always visit Etihad lounge, and this is the only time I was very pleased with the experience. Very helpful staff and welcoming, I'd also like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Hamid for his great service, as we were traveling with kids, but there was no dining options for my 2 years old. Mr. Hamid took the extra mile to help get my son something to eat. Please add kids menu that will be great.
