I had not needed to apply or look for a job since 1990, the terrain looked very different indeed, no pun intended. I sent my CV off to a few roles often getting a confirmation email. But that was all I heard from then on. Then I applied for a role via b3 jobs ltd. Not only did I get a call but also a phone call to discuss my CV in greater depth to ensure the role was a fit. Throughout what turned out to be a successful process I had constant attention, feedback and updates. This was from my direct contact Becky who could not have been more helpful but even when she was not available that help from Suzi was seamless. b3 made what can be a very difficult and sometimes stressful situation completely painless and positive.
