        Terrible customer service, either lost or stole my post and would not accept responsibility or even offer advice on how to resolve despite the item being tracked and listed as having been delivered there, I ended up claiming for it via Royal Mail. Recently found out that my partner was interrogated about the contents of a letter that had a very slight bulge and made to pay extra to send it, when previously had no experience like this with similar letters sent via post boxes or other post offices. They way that they conduct themselves is rude and unhelpful. To echo other reviews, stay away from this PO.

        Second time of coming here half hour - 20mins before their advertised closing time, to be told by the guy that their post office service is closed?! Why say its open till 8pm to then only waste peoples time coming down to you? A simple parcel return with a barcode to scan, thats it. Bad customer service
