        Dreadful experience. Man behind counter was exceptionally rude when I tried sending a package. Really slow service with queue out of the door. DO NOT COME HERE

        Limited services and no care for customers needs! Not able to top up gas card or electric with fob key - the man said the gas card top up has been broken for 4 years and I should complain to BT myself for them to fix it as he does not have time! Given the Cost of Living crisis and the Energy crisis not every customer is on a bill for gas and electricity so not offering these services may mean no heating for those who cannot get to another post office! Official complaint sent to Post Office HO too. We need Post Offices to be able to offer core services to customers, otherwise why have them? The staff at this branch are not doing their bit to solve issues for the locals and their needs.

        Miserable people who are unhelpfull and also dont know how to do the task at hand. Told me this couldn't be done. After I explained to her again what she had to do she then asked someone else and then did it. No hello, sorry or thank you. Go to another post office.
