        I had a fantastic service from BIS during my operation rehab. They combine a highly professional approach with a real personal touch. They are extremely flexible, friendly and approachable and explain complex matters in a simple, easily understood way. BIS have an obvious passion for what they do and a genuine interest in the welfare of their clients. You'll be in very capable hands with them.

        Booked a massage with Elaine as I was experiencing back pain. Very professional, knowledgable and personable. I explained the pain I was experiencing to Elaine and she identified the issue straight away and tailored the treatment to suit my needs. I will definitely be returning!

        All staff are friendly and efficient, and the treatment I received from Anthony was second to none. He immediately spotted that I would need to see a surgeon, then took me through some prehab and a lot of postoperative rehab brilliantly. Clearly an expert, and with a relaxed and reassuring manner. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough. Thank you all.
