Really unhelpful & uncaring pharmacist I told her I had run out of my mental health meds had run out & I neede them asap The EPS code ended in an O and I had put a zero .....instead of checking whether it was an O for Oscar or a zero she just declared the code "invalid" and shrugged Completely wrong personality to be working with the public in what should be a caring role

The lady with the black hair and glasses, is lovely, always polite and helpfull. The woman with the grey hair is rude and always miserable. Always loooks like she hates being their. Have a holiday, may do you good.

Useless. They dont even deserve a star. I Called them on a Friday and asked if they could get in a particular manufacturers brand in for my prescription as I am allergic to all others, told them that I was running out and needed them by the following Friday. They told me they would try to get it in but if the couldn't they promised that they would call me so that I could source it elsewhere. No phone call ...so went to pick it up and they told me they couldn't get it. When I asked why didn't anyone call they just shrugged it off like I was a nuicance, they didn't even apologize. It is not like Im taking the medication for fun ...I need to to live - They are playing with peoples lives, I will be making a complaint to the NHS as I had to then do all the research and calling myself. luckily I found a pharmacy that sold it but unfortunately I had to drive 50 miles to get it ...if I could give them a minus 5 then I would!
