    I slipped a disk about 2 years ago and 9 months ago was still in pain with reduced movement. I was very worried about a personal trainer "making it worse" but went to see Trevor for a trail 9 months ago. From the start Trevor was fantastic and the change in the time since has been huge. Trevor really knows what he is doing with injury rehab. The workouts are carefully calibrated and the exercises carefully chosen to help you progress but I have never felt I am risking making the injury worse. As valuable is Trevor's advice with wider lifestyle factors - walking, standing and sitting at a desk, holding the kids, etc - which have also really helped. I would definitely recommend Trevor to anyone coming back from an injury, or who just wants to get fitter.

    Training with Trevor has been great - he pushes me hard but coupled with a lot of humour! The sessions are always challenging but are fun and I have seen solid improvements in strength and fitness.

    I have been training with THP for over 6 months now and unfortunately my old review was deleted so updating my review. My 5 review still stands. I was a 30st Chronic Pain Sufferer and THP is literally saving my life. From increasing my strength to boosting my confidence THP is a wonderful trainer who has been exactly where I am. (If you go to the website please read his story). I never believed I would be 4st lighter able to do a squat with a kettlebell like the picture but a picture tells 1000 words. Your goals do not need to be like mine the other benefits.I have felt are the functional strength, the ability to get out of bed, the mental health benefits and so much more, If you are after a supportive friendly trainer who will get the absolute best out of you no matter where your fitness is please do speak to THP I guarantee you wont regret it.     Trevor has been absolutely amazing. I was looking for a personal trainer who would help my mother and father (in their 70s) to get into better shape. They have absolutely loved working with Trevor, and for the first time in many years they are excited about exercising. Trevor is masterful and experienced in managing people with arthritis and other long term health conditions, making him perfect to work with my parents. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Especially for older people with health conditions. He is sympathetic, kind and gently increases the intensity of the workouts. For anyone looking to get into better shape but has underlying health conditions or just feels they are too old to start I would suggeest working with Trevor. Thank you Trevor for giving my parents a new lease of life!

    Trevor has been great personal trainer! I have started to get back on track with my fitness due to Trevor, I needed someone motivational and who would tailor fitness to my busy family and work life. I have become more conscious of daily activity and ensuring I am moving a lot more than previously. I have incorporated exercises and stretches into my daily routine which make my day pain free. I feel positive and energised and able to do more activities whether work or pleasure. I would highly recommend Trevor as he will find the right balance for you. He does not use a generic approach which I really like and quite often has variations of the same exercise to suit you. He has challenges that help ensure there is progression, but at a comfortable pace. Thank you Trevor for helping me get back on track and I look forward to the weekly sessions! I would highly recommend THP!
