First time visit to see Nicola with severe pain in my neck and shoulder, Ive been taken strong pain killlers but after 1 visit I am pretty much pain free. Nicola immediately recognised the problem and relieved the extremely tight muscles in my shoulder. Would definitely recommend!

Cathy at Heathfield Osteopaths has been treating my aching shoulders in the past couple of weeks. I've gone from agonising and limited movement to full use in no time at all - thank you! Cathy is very knowledgeable and has provided some great advice. I highly recommend Cathy to anyone, but in particular to those who have recently developed any back/shoulder/arm pains which might be from a change in posture due to working from home because of Covid!

I have been having treatments with Cathy at Heathfield Osteopaths for the last few years and my back has improved so much after an injury. She is very knowledgeable and always able to give great advice and support. Appointments are always easy and relaxed, I would highly recommend her as an osteopath.

I have been having treatment on and off from Cathy for the last 8 years, I was lucky enough to have her recommended to me by a friend and havent looked back. She uses traditional and cranial osteopathy treatments on me and never fails to ease my aches and pains. I look forward to my treatments with Cathy and feel I gain great mental support from her as well as hands on healing. She is extremely knowledgable and personable and measuring her ability to practise on a physical, social and mental level by a rating of stars doesnt do her justice! I thoroughly recommend Cathy and appreciate all the help she has given me over the years.
