The response was a rushed half hearted response. They rush your choice and speak to you like your a fool. Then half way through your session they walk off to serve someone else.
Then the end result is a bodge job where lumps of glue on and around the nail and then after a few days the colour goes wrong and affects the nail. This place is the worst I have seen or experienced their customer service is applying as well as their acceptance for being in the wrong.
A shop should hold itself to a higher standard. If you're thinking of coming here reconsider you will have a far better experience anywhere else.
