I have been to this surgeries for many many years where I cannot fault any member if the staffs(from receptionist, nurse and doctors). Receptionists are very welcoming and courteous and always ready to help. Nurses are so helpful and they are good listeners and doctors always have time to talk about your health and help accordingly

I have been with this practice a number of years now and I have had nothing but good service. All of the doctors I see are empathetic, kind and caring I never feel like Im wasting their time. The Reception staff always try to be accommodating and are polite and respectful. I have to say a big thank you to Robert the practice manager as he has gone above and beyond helping me with my husbands prescriptions etc

Spent 15 mins this morning in a emergency queue after being told we had to see the Dr for results. It was either calling during the emergency hour or waiting a few weeks. I called, i waited 15 mins, a man answered then cut me off...back to number 8 in the queue.. Really ?
