        A free car park to start the Cuckoo Trail with a Waitrose opposite to stock up on supplies if needed. A good running route where you don't have to worry about traffic. Only went about 3 miles before running back to make it 10k as needed to return to the car but would like to have gone further. Need to check out buses to get back if I return and do this another time when visiting the area.

        The track is tarmac all the way. It's a long ride but not hard as it was originally a railway line. Good place to stop is at Horam where there is an excellent cafe/bistro/curio shop.
