        First and last visit, never got to buy any meat, the shop was empty of customers and the two "butchers" couldn't be bothered to serve me, attitude incredibly hostile. Need training in customer service and relations. Custom taken elsewhere and wont be returning.

        Got sold special offer meat (steaks) but did not get told that the reason they were sold on special offer was due to them being out of date. Spent 50 for meat that cant be consumed. Very disappointed. *they have messaged and apologised and handled the situation very nicely and said they will give a replacement with a few extra bits. They have always been good. Mustve just been a mistake. Thank you
