        Had an issue with my boiler during the recent cold weather. Tom said they couldn't come the same day because they were so busy (I hadn't expected that they would be because it was late in the day when I called) he explained what he thought the issue could be and talked me through a couple of things to try to get it working again. Lucky for me it worked and I've now got my heating back. Even better Tom phone the next morning to check that everything was working. Very helpful and understanding. I'll be using them for my heating needs going forwards. Service: Heating system repair
