        I needed some food for my elderly cat who suffers from Chronic kidney disease. Despite not stocking this very specific food, Victoria at your Heathfield shop was very helpful and found me a short term alternative. Please please will you stock some of the Hills kd range as I would have liked to buy from a local shop

        Used to be a lot friendlier and as pet shop ,I expect to at least when you walk in great your pet. Price is more expensive than other large outlets but used to forgive this for better customer service but lacking that feel nowaday's.
