HKS Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms Heathfield

When we were looking to refurbish our bathroom the relatively small size presented a number of unique difficulties As part of our research we visited a number of bathroom showrooms seeking inspiration, including that of HKS in Heathfield. We were met by Lloyd who made sure he understood what we were looking for and then showed us a number of very interesting options. We decided to ask him to prepare a fully detailed quote. The whole project, from our first visit to the showroom, through the various design stages and finally the installation by Steve, was a perfect example of how team of skilled individuals can make a task stress free. Mind you, as HKS refurbished our kitchen a few years ago, we knew what to expect - and we certainly werent disappointed. Steve completed the installation in two weeks with the minimum of disruption and we doubt if theres a skill at which he doesnt excel! We have no hesitation in recommending HKS to others. Did an excellent job of design and fitting eight years ago, well organised, finished on promised date and quality workmanship. Surprised and impressed when after eight years an enquiry for two replacement doors was handled equally well. Two perfectly matched doors delivered two weeks later with a friendly query as whether I needed help to fit. Turned out four tiny plastic parts were needed and as final act of truly great customer service the installation manager dropped them off the next day! Service: Kitchen cabinet door replacement

Lloyd and Anna at HKS interiors did an absolutely amazing job with our kitchen. The initial design session at the showroom was seamlessly efficient they guided us through all of the various specifications with expert advice and insight, making it seem so easy to design our perfect kitchen. The delivery and installation was super-efficient and we are just blown away by the quality of the finish and the fitting. We also decided to add a new unit after the initial fitting and this was sourced very quickly - in fact nothing was too much trouble and Lloyd kept us well informed throughout the whole process. My wife and I are delighted with the result - we often just take a minute to drink it all in and be wowed by the perfection of our kitchen! Our new kitchen was part of an extension project and even our builder cant stop saying what a beautiful kitchen it is! Having previously used HKS for new kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom, and shower room and been very satisfied, they were the obvious choice to update the bathroom with a walk-in shower instead of the bath. The design made the most of the available space, and the work was completed tidily and on time. In fact we left Steve to get on with the job and visited our Daughter in Wales, returning as he cleared up - no hassles at all. Perfect!!
