Called at spot on 8 and 14th (how did that happen !) in the queue which wasnt bad considering Ive been 45th before. Spoke to a very helpful receptionist who booked me in at the Firs, I was seen on time and had excellent service. Thank you

So I know the drs dont deal with dental issues. However when I rang to say I cant get an appointment, emergency wont see me because my face isnt swollen. So I said I have an infection and asked what am I supposed to do ignore the infection and be told YES!! This is disgusting!!

At 3.30pm I was on hold for 13 minutes, then phone picked up and promptly hung up. Phoned again and was waiting for 10 minutes having been told I was first in the queue. I hung up that time. Surely no caller is speaking to reception for 10 minutes .

Sank to a new low today in my opinion. Walked in at 8.30am and asked if I could get an appointment. Receptionist told me she couldn't make an appointment at the desk and I would have to phone up. Seriously!!! It's the year 2023 and you can't walk in to a doctors surgery and make an appointment??? Then told, all appointments are gone but phone up at 2pm. I phoned at 2pm hitting redial constantly until they were open after lunch only to be told there were no more appointments unless its an emergency. I thought that's what hospitals were for? So basically I was lied to. Looks like you have a 10 minute window at 8am to get an appointment otherwise, go away and suffer. No facility to book in advance. Online booking no longer available. Most of the doctors seem to be part time so there's hardly anyone ever there. Can't even choose to see your own doctor. This surgery needs a serious overhaul from management down to reception staff. The one and only plus point is when you do get to see one of the regular doctors, they are excellent.
