Full of excuses about why our vehicle hadn't been repaired. This was an insurance job and we were not impressed. They had the car for a month for a few scrapes. A few days of a job and without the car for far too long. Excuses given were poor phone lines, saying my husband had misheard the car was in for paint a week before it was ready(his end was perfectly clear), denial of what had been promised time wise, telling us the car was waiting for parts(it didn't need any) then denying they had said that, staff illness (obviously can't be helped), car was ready a week and 2 days after they said it would be ready. If ever I need to claim on insurance again I will request to go elsewhere. Avoid. Dishonest. Also the paint job was substandard and we were disappointed.

These guys are amazing . My wife takes our XC60 with a damaged passenger door that our friend opened onto a car coming from behind. They discussed the options which was great then carefully pulled the damage out of the door. Amazing work and so quick 5 mins later our 13 year old XC was more than acceptable.
