        Really disappointed with my trip to Hugh page on Thursday. Pretty useless in reception and then a walk up to the service point ended in disaster. After waiting 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the chap sat in his unhealthily hot cabin at service he totally put me off having my chainsaw repaired. (Rude,arrogant, patronising,un reassuring to name a few qualities)I will never return for service, parts or sales. Shame as I quite often bought things for myself ,family and business
