I have yet to receive my order, however I want to share the fantastic experience with my visit to Fox Umbrella. I am from Canada and had corresponded with Paul via email. Always prompt, polite and helpful. I arranged a visit to their showroom to select the options on for a bespoke solid umbrella. Paul was so helpful and patient, spend a long time to guide my wife and I through the every option. Huge thanks for that. I handled a great number of their sample umbrellas and from solid, to stick to tube, you can't go wrong. The quality is outstanding. I highly recommend Fox Umbrella.

I was absolutely delighted with the refurbishment of my favourite umbrella. Having had it for years, it was a little tired and needed some TLC. I found Fox on the net and arranged for them to have a look and they were pleased to take on my old campaignerit now looks and functions beautifully; my wife thinks its a more a work of artit makes you look like John Steed! I had a charity-shop find, a Fox umbrella which needed some TLC. Some years ago I re-covered it with black fabric on the outside and purple lining. We live in rainy Lancashire, so it got plenty of use, and raised my spirits every time I took it out. Eventually, one of the struts broke and also the collar which holds the umbrella up. Time for a proper repair! Fox kindly agreed to refurbish the brolly, at very reasonable cost, and turned the work around in double-quick time. To say I'm pleased would be an understatement! The work is immaculate, and such care has been taken to tack the struts to the lining fabric with matching thread without piercing through to the outer. Better than new, because it has some history. I shall proudly use it for years to come, thanks indeed Fox.

My new Fox umbrella is the pinnacle of timeless elegance and the final touch to complete my sartorial wardrobe. Both practical and stylish, my Fox umbrella is a worthwhile investment because its excellent quality will stand the test of time and certainly makes for a lasting impression. I bought my bespoke solid umbrella online from the Fox Umbrellas website where I chose the type of umbrella, the wood type, and the canopy option. In correspondence with staff via email, who are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, they confirmed that they were able to shorten my umbrella to suit my height. I work in menswear and I personally enjoy learning the social history of garments and accessories so I appreciate the time spent in making the manufacturing videos and the written information on umbrellas, I also found reading the history of the brand very interesting. After learning about umbrellas online I was definitely persuaded to buy one from Fox Umbrellas because there is no better advocate in menswear than King Charles III. I strongly recommend investing in a Fox umbrella because they are an old British company, the products are made to the highest quality by hand as they have always been. I personally guarantee you will enjoy walking in the rain.
