I came across this firm via their excellent article that came up on my google search. I called and received a prompt call back with excellent advice from Kevin. I now need to think about whether I should proceed with the legal matter. Kevin at KDL Law will be top on my list of firms to use as he is clearly experienced in dealing with this area of the law.

I have used KDL for coming up to 6 months now for a variety of issues, massive shout out to Kevin, Faye, and Andrew who are incredible and always go above and beyond to provide the help and support needed. They have helped us with issues from breach of lease, and service charge recovery and they even offer quarterly training sessions to the team which has been fantastic. Compared to some of the London Solicitors we use (who also charge twice as much) KDL always comes out above the rest!

I am the chair of the board of a property holding company. We asked KDL Law to investigate and deal with a rather complex legal problem following the death of one of our shareholders. Our problems were exacerbated by the uncooperative family of the deceased and various, uncommunicative legal and accountancy firms who held part of the deceased estate in trust. Andrew Bailey of KDL formed a strategy to cut through the mist of trust funds and family squabbles and identify specific people who could take action on behalf of the deceased estate. Andrew was (always) polite but firm in his dealing with the other side and this resulted in an amicable settlement of our problem: with all funds owed to us being paid, in full. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and I have no doubt we shall require their services again in the future.
