Sapphire Star

I had a take away last night and after reading the reviews just had to leave mine. I order from here about once a month i suppose and have to say that each time the food is lovely and the staff are very friendly. I have the Chicken Dansak with coconut rice, absolutely lovely !!!

Wow .had a hair in my food and could not eat the dish after. Spent 30 and I emailed no reply and than I phone to ask if emailed received and spoken with are you ordering now! I say no before I have chance to say shall I resend email hang up on me !!! Poor customer service , poor hygiene AVOID!!!

Just received a delivery...never used this curry house before. Delivery on time and curry was ok and hot. However the starter was cold and no description on butterfly prawn. Was covered in very crispy batter including shell from the prawns ....wasn't expecting that....was expecting more. The kebabs were OK but not sure what the very runny white liquid was....I expect it might be mint yoghurt....thank you for being on time Vegetarian options: Don't know ad didn't order

Rang to place a order for collection and was hung up on .... Rang back and got a rude response before being hung up on again !!! No need for rudeness !!!!

We have had a few takeways from Sapphire Star recently and the food has always been delicious . We recently placed an order for a party of 11 and the food was delivered on time, still warm and was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you
