Embarking on a large extension project with two young children is a daunting task and whilst we had no word of mouth referrals for Shaun Fradd when he tendered for the work, we were impressed by his thoughtful and considered approach to the project and by his professional and conscientious personality. We could not be more pleased with the end result. It would perhaps be a stretch to say it was a pleasure to have the team on site for 7mths this was a building project after all but we really could not have asked for a better experience. Whilst not quite everything went perfectly all the time (it really wasnt too far off) I almost feel sheepish when swapping building work stories with friends and colleagues, that we do not have our own drama to share. The team were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and did everything to guide our family (interested young children too!) though the journey. We were particularly appreciative of the willingness to offer advice and proactive suggestions throughout the process and as the project evolved, and flexibility to work with us as we made changes as the work took shape, we really appreciated how much they cared about getting the end result right. Excellent service from Shaun Fradd from demo to reconstruction and during the finishing stage of the entire project. Our communication and consistant dialogue reassured me that he delivered what was expected and more. His team were hardworking and straightforward. Very pleased with the build of our new lounge/garden room, raised decking and a glass link to the main house. Based on his experience Shaun provided good advice and ideas throughout the build which contributed to the super result achieved. We maintained a good relationship both with Shaun and all of the people he used. There were some covid related delays which were worked around as practically as possible and with some humour, but we have ended up with something that exceeded our expectations. Thank you Shaun and to all who contributed.

We took on Shaun and his team to knock down an old conservatory and to build a new orangery. We were impressed right from the start with Shaun due to his speed of responses and value for money. He made suggestions to keep us in budget when we added additional costs and this helped considerably. He has a great team, all very friendly, as is he and they all did a wonderful job. We are so delighted with the finished product and would absolutely recommend him (and in fact have done to several of our friends). Thank you so much Shaun and team.
