Overall fabulous! I had an illustration framed which looked beautiful. I needed it done fairly quickly and the service was amazing. Phil was super helpful with advice and overall I couldn't recommend more. Thank you!

Wishing I had gone somewhere else After being let down by a framers, I decided to chose Walls of Fame for framing some smaller paintings for my first show. The owner agreed to frame them last minute for me and I was initially thrilled. However when I brought the images home, 9 out of 13 of them were unusable as they were mounted completely wonky! Due to the companys lack of quality control, I was unable to put them in the show for the opening night and brought them back the next day to be remounted. When I collected the supposed remounted works, one of the pieces was hung upside down The complete lack of professionalism and swarmy comments made by the owner when confronted with his mistakes, means that I will not be coming back. After two trips (which could have been easily avoided by simply caring for and checking the work) and no consideration or offer of a partial refund for all the trouble. I was very upset after this incident and really wanted to support a local business for my first show, however I will be returning to Altered Images without hesitation.

Went to the shop and there was a sign on the door saying be back in 10, waited there for 10 minutes and no one turned up! Very poor if you ask me! Especially when you need something done quickly!
