outstanding service , was flexible and delivered on all fronts. Very professional service , very caring towards our Family thank you for a lovely send off for our Mum ! We had a delay because of the priest nothing to do with Rouse & Co they were Fantastic and waited for the service to go ahead and no extra charge for the waiting ! Cannot recommend mark enough what a gentleman nothing was ever too much always available day or night with our consent change in our arrangements, always compassionate caring supportive and should empathy and understanding sympathy throughout, ever detail was covered nothing was ever to much and made our very difficult emotional day run smoothly I personally cannot thank mark enough , also thank you to the team, would highly recommend these directors, mark you are a true gentleman

I don't know where to start. No amount of words are enough to express my gratitude to Mark, Louise and the team. Having spoke to three other funeral directors, i knew within the first few minutes that i wanted Mark to take care of my dear sweet dad. Mark has a very calming and reassuring voice; which is so important in times like this. Mark really loves what he does and takes care of our loved one's in such a thoughtful and respectful manner. I know my sweet dad was treated with dignity and respect in the care of Rouse & Co. I know my dad would have shook your hand and brought you a drink to say thank. Thanks so much for everything.
