Dreadful experience with this company. Replaced a standard conservatory. Contract stated 2 months work, wasn't complete even after 4! Had to constantly chase at every stage. We had it finished ourselves and to a better standard. AVOID.

We had some of our village hall windows replaced, as we are in a conservation area we needed to have traditional wooden windows, which county windows provided.

Having been a customer of Heathfield County Group for many years I can recommend this company. I return to them with confidence for replacement windows and doors and feel no need to look further. The personnel are polite and professional. The quality of the work and products are high. Guarantees have been honoured without quibble. There is one small point I would mention which is a reminder to keep the customer more closely informed so he/she does not have to chase. Thank you to the buildings team for recent advice and wall repair.
