        Their receptionists are lazy and rude. I called and explained its my first pregnancy can I have a GP appointment and the receptionist said you dont need to see the GP just do a self referral online with Middlesex hospital! And Ive just found out from all the ladies I know that you should also always consult your GP!!! Im already panicked and need docs advice! The GP tells you what will happen next. what horrible service from these grump old ladies sitting on their reception! Also just to mention they keep the phone on voicemail even at open hours!
