        I'm so glad I found this place after failing to get a response from more local providers. It was well worth the travel because they're not just reasonably-priced, very friendly and informative, but my laptop was fixed on the same day! They had the required part in stock, luckily. (I broke my laptop charging port and pin and my battery doesn't last more than 2.5 hours). The first review I read happened to be about the same issue as mine and it gave me the confidence to trust my laptop with a previously unknown company. I don't tend to write reviews unless I'm really impressed so I hope this'll encourage someone else with the same reservations. Mark and his team were brilliant and I really appreciated how quickly I received an email response when I first contacted them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PC Tech Centre.
