St Francis Monks Hill Selsdon

A review for the hall. Highly disappointed. I was suppose to hold an event at this hall on Saturday unfortunately we were ignored for 3 weeks plus when trying to get hold of Sam. When we attended the hall 2 days before our event prior to being ignored. We was told 2 days before the event that we cancelled when myself, nor my partner cancelled the hall. We paid our 200 cash deposit in February and signed the hire agreement form. Sam cancelled our booking herself and decided not to tell anyone as my partners number was blocked. Very unprofessional business being ran by Sam and I will 100% be taking this further as we had babyshower decorators and more booked for our event !! Dont recommend this hall at all. When we attends the hall we was told Sam is on holiday. However, Sam couldnt show no evidence that we supposedly cancelled the hall with her being left with our cash deposit. Absolutely shocking business as we were recommend by a local member that lives in the area.
