Rachel is a fantastic coach and we have got a tremendous amount out of both our one on one coaching sessions and the GROWTH club 90 day session at Buxted Park. Rachel has helped us think much more strategically about the business and to put better communication practices in place which are already helping us move projects and ultimately the business forward much more quickly. We still have a lot more to do but I now feel we have a clear plan and support available when we need it. Thank you!
