Greenman Garden Tools

Bought two long-arm Greenman garden forks probably 5 years ago - solid stainless steel tines with oak handles. These garden forks were made in China, but China can make TOP QUALITY tools - if you are willing to pay for it! They were purchased as replacements for a US brand which broke (used pig iron tines). Although the Chinese-made stainless steel cost 2X the price of the cheap "Made in USA" brand, they are by far the best garden forks I have ever owned. They replaced all (pocket-sized) hand forks and hand weeders - better torque, better reach (1 ft tines). Only 2X the price, yet these forks are lifetime tools you can pass on to the next generation! That's VALUE!

The quality of the tines is very poor.I bought 2 forks from this company. 1 fork was returned due to this weakness. The replacement forks tines bent out of shape within 30 minutes of use. The other, the company refused to replace as they said it was misuse. I am a professional Gardener and would not recommend this product. The handles are great but the tines of poor quality. At 50for a fork its a rip off. The steel for the tines is Chinese. Sadly I would recommend a Swedish or Austrian brand whose steel is of better quality. All in all a poor product and poor customer service. Go elsewhere for a fork.

What wonderful service we received. We are keen but not very well versed gardeners and needed some advice on the best tools for our requirements. After talking to Greenman Garden Tools, we purchased a border spade and a weeding trowel and the quality is just incredible. We're so happy with our purchase, we're spending more and more time in the garden and will certainly return to buy our next set of tools.
