Ubi

We've been with Ubi for years now and wouldn't use anyone else. They are always professional, helpful and personal- we don't feel like we're just another customer. Would definitely recommend.

We are a firm of accountants and have recently moved to Ubi and couldn't be happier! They prepared our switch over in advance and held our hands during the process so there were no issues. We felt looked after during the whole process which meant we didn't need to worry and didn't suffer big disruptions . The service has been great and it's nice to know they are there to support you and show a real interest in helping our business to work smoothly. We were previously using a much larger firm where response times were slow and impersonal and they wanted to charge us for things we weren't sure we needed. I wish we moved sooner

Ubi have always delivered outstanding service to us as a customer. We have been a loyal customer for a number of years and we're always impressed by Ubi's willingness to go the extra mile. A great example was during COVID, they were very quick to support all of their customers with a tool to redirect calls to employee mobiles to keep things moving during a very difficult time. I'd recommend their services to anyone.

We have dealt with UBI for 6 years now from starting the company. They have been excellent throughout and have always helped us when things do not go exactly to plan. David has been really helpful over the last 6 years and a special mention to his team of engineers and Aaron who have always displayed great professionalism and extremely trustworthy.
