Good price bought as a kit quality victron parts not enough crimps to finish job had to go get more to complete also could of supplied cable for second battery seeing as i ordered a due charge controller for 2 batteries..instructions were ok needed a bit more info on fuse placements,quick delivery free post so that was good.

After a lot of searching for a company of reasonable size and a history of Installing Solar Power systems finding a lot of good looking websites but were actually a man and his dog, I found Callidus. The history or the company was slightly hidden due to a re-naming as part of Devon Eco Energy. The Quotation, Survey, Quote Confirmation stages were easy and well managed. After visiting their office in Newton Abbot and viewing an installed system, I agreed and signed the contract. It was clear from the discussions that the company is increasing its activity again having had to scale back due to the Covid Lock Downs. The Installation team arrived on the forecast date and the system was set to work (taking only two days). They were respectful, friendly, efficient, polite and tidy. Post installation a couple of problems occurred which Callidus were very quick and keen to rectify. From Initial Quotation to Working System took only 3 months. In summary a good company to deal with, that are striving to further improve their customer interface whilst capturing an larger customer base. The System itself is delivering everything I expected, has a useful web based interface making it easy to look at, capture current and historic data about its performance. I'm very happy to recommend Callidus to others and have had several neighbours in to look at the system (one that has been waiting for their installation from another supplier for over 5 months).

Victron recommended Callidus for our domestic solar and battery install. They provided a fantastic service: From sales to the local installer they partnered with. They know their stuff!
