Having spotted water running down the lounge wall after a shower we called in a bit of a panic asking for some advice as we were clueless and water gets every where...silently! A very kind and knowledgeable plumber came and told us not to panic he can replace the sealant and all will be well. He checked all the pipes and took the stubborn bath panel off quickly and efficiently to ensure no major damage underneath. He showed us what to look for in the future to prevent it getting to that state again. I felt really reassured and lucky to have caught it before anything major happened. Phew! Thank you! I have just this second called the out of hours mobile number for this company, as our boiler suddenly started leaking water all over our kitchen. I have never dealt with this company before but seen their vans around the local area. A gentleman called Carl answered (bearing in mind it is now 7.35pm). Not only did he take the time to answer the call in the first instance, he actually asked me to send him pictures of the boiler and the various elements of the boiler, he then proceeded to talk me through how to isolate the boiler from the mains water supply, so we can still use our electric shower and kitchen appliances and we are not without water for the property (bearing in mind we have no hot water or heating). I am so, so impressed with Carl and his company. He has genuinely helped us in a time of need, without knowing who we are, with no guarantee of future business and he didn't even charge us for the call. I am so impressed with this gentleman and I graciously thank him for helping us. Safe to say he will be providing a quotation for future services required. 11 out of 10 from us.
