        Had to call them twice about some guidance on their Fluke treatment. Both times really helpful. Can't ask for more than that.

        Kusuri WormerDirect which appears to be a new product, used as directed by label but unfortunately after 7 days was not fully out of the system and this resulted it my snails dying. When contacted Kusuri did not want to know and were fairly rude. Hopefully was a one off, but worried why the system was not clear 7 days after use.
