Ordered some Ecco golf shoes as they appeared to be a decent price and quoted 2-5 days for delivery (not working days) also, next day delivery available for certain post codes which did not apply to me so I went ahead and paid. My receipt stated normally 3-7 working days for delivery and then for Ecco it now states up to 10 days! Not only this misleading selling practices but the two replies I received when I chased did not match up their website at the point of purchase. When their delivery eventually did arrive on the 9th working day or 13 days from order my size was not delivered e.g 42 and Im 43. In fairness the refund was made immediately but the whole experience was a complete waste of time.

Good guys I ordered some trousers. Sadly they delivered the wrong size. I asked for a refund and without quibble sent it through. Also refunded the postage costs of returning the product. Decent people. Will use again.
