        I have just built a Monaco 44 myself, overall its a decent enough building. However I found the instructions very difficult to get my head around, having to swap between a piece of paper with no writing and using the website for separate things. The roof covering installation has zero instructions so time will tell if YouTube video is correct. The timber is so bowed I cannot get the corner pieces of wood in place as the walls are so disjointed. However it does look great and I am filling the areas where it doesnt join because of the bow and now treated and painted it will hopefully last for years (fingers crossed). Delivery was on time and communication was good. I did get a discount as the price dropped considerably after purchase although the lady on the phone was somewhat rude.

        We purchased a Jacob E with veranda from Summerhouse24 a couple of months ago. The whole process was super easy, we placed the order over the phone with Oliver. He answered all our questions, we had a lot. We also received cabin plans which we sent to a ground screw company to build our base, this was quick with no mess, much easier than the concrete base we built at previous house. Delivery of our cabin was booked in 5 weeks from order, the cabin was on a 4-8 week lead time. The delivery company were friendly and the lady delivering managed to get the cabin over our hedge into our back garden. The installers arrived the following day, Rob and his team were great guys and built the cabin in one day. The cabin has been a god send, having somewhere for the children to escape has made the world of difference to us all. Thank you for such excellent service from start to finish. Many thanks, Lindsey
