The girls at mamas are friendly and know how to cook some awesome food to help keep the workers of heathfield going. Great prices also. Can't fault the service. Keep up the great work guys!

I had the dis-satisfaction and horrendous experience of ordering office birthday cakes. I paid 35 for a selection of home made and personalised cakes for my birthday. On the day, the cakes that did arrive were 4.50 tesco own. That had been put in a brown box. Not what was ordered and not what was expected. I wrote a negative review on the companies facebook page as my own opinion and experience. This was responded to with the expectation they wrote in reply " I would receive a full refund." However... I turned up to collect the FULL refund and was met with accusations of promoting others to post negative reviews, and for this I would only get a partial refund, and in the words of the owner "I should be thankful for that!" Sadly that's not how the world works. The service ordered was not delivered. The accusation of another persons actions is not in my control or concern. My personal issue is I was defrauded. The fraud was discovered and a FULL refund was expected. This is a review of the service received. Not acceptable, and not worthy.
